  • Collect monthly rent.
  • Confront tenants about nonpayment and other lease violations.
  • Appear in Magistrate’s court on your behalf to handle evictions and other lease violations.
  • Take maintenance calls 24 hours a day.
  • Negotiate lease renewals.
  • Assist in compliance with laws dealing with landlord/tenant issues, fair housing, lead based paint, etc.
  • Provide monthly and annual statements of income and expenses.
